Josh Pearson, CPA

Josh is one of Affinity's foundation employees and has been with the company for over 15 years. His drive and commitment to connecting with Affinity’s clients saw him become a partner in 2006. He enjoys a close working connection with every one of his clients across a wide range of industries from property developers, to child care centres, supermarkets, and also in the sports and entertainment fields.

Josh is also very knowledgeable in the area of superannuation particularly with self managed funds. He networks with a wide range of financial planners and institutions to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Scott Canobie, CPA

Scott became a partner in 2009 after working closely with the senior Affinity partners for over ten years. During his time at Affinity he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of his clients, their businesses and their needs. With his personal approach and dedication, Scott maintains clients in metropolitan as well as regional and interstate locations.

Scott's country clients range from large primary producers to key rural industries such as transportation. He is also experienced in a wide range of areas including sports and entertainment, small to medium businesses and superannuation.

Will Horton, CA

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Will became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia subsequently attaining his Public Practice Certificate. Joining Affinity in 2007 after his time in a larger accounting firm, he now brings over 15 years experience in public practice across a vast range of client types and industries.

Will complements the Affinity team with his experience having established his strengths in problem solving and business consulting through his hand-on approach and navigating his clients through business and family disputes. With a keen interest in Information Technology, Will provides a wealth of knowledge to Affinity’s clients in staying relevant with technology both in the running of their businesses and with their accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Will works closely with all his clients across all aspects of their business and personal affairs, leveraging from a rich network of consultants and advisors to provide a holistic service across all areas including legal, financial planning, insurances, finance, R&D and Superannuation to name just a few.

Rhys Limbrick, CA

Rhys is Affinity's most recent partner and brings innovative thinking to the table. Rhys has a thorough knowledge of taxation and accounting issues, including experience in the areas of Personal and Corporate Taxation; GST and Business Activity Statement compliance; Fringe Benefits Tax; Financial and Management Reporting; Taxation Planning and Structuring; and Superannuation. Rhys works with a broad range of clients including property developers, primary producers and companies and individuals in the sports and entertainment fields.
